Interior design project of a housing complex established in the interior of the ancient Seguí publishing house, located on the corner of Torrent de l'Olla with Bonavista street, near the Jardinets de Gràcia. The building is cataloged as Modernist Patrimony of Barcelona. The architectural restoration is in charge of the prestigious MBM architecture studio. We designed the distribution project for 12 "premium" homes, respecting and conserving the cataloged elements. A comprehensive rehabilitation project that adapts to the needs of functionality and distribution of current life.
